Getting a “#NAME” error in a cell with an ART/ARTRANGE/ARTDUNE formula

Cause

This happens if the Artemis Sheets add-in is not recognized / not installed.

Fix

• Check if the Artemis Sheets add-in is installed. If Artemis Sheets Excel Add-in is not present, you need to install it.
• If the add-in is installed, you might need to manually activate it.

Getting a single value in a cell with an ARTRANGE/ARTDUNE formula

Cause

This happens if you have an Excel standalone license (not 365). Dynamic arrays support is available only in Excel 365.

Fix

• Use the classic array formulas approach when inputting the ARTRANGE/ARTDUNE.
