Fetch daily active users for stablecoins. Returns unfiltered stablecoin activity.

Dash-Separated Symbol Syntax:

• Simple: eth, sol, usdc
• Chain-specific: usdc-eth (USDC metrics on Ethereum)
• Category-specific: mev-usdc (USDC metrics tagged to MEV)
• Category-chain: payments-eth (Payment-related activity on Ethereum)

You can query any categories, chains, or symbols individually or combine them with a dash to get the intersection.
